My husband and l loved it! He wondered if l should have cooked the shelf stable gnocchi to aldente stage before l roasted everything. I liked the roasted consistency myself.

In reply to Erin. Most always just table salt but it could be substituted with kosher or sea salt in most recipes.

Excited to make this tonight. Dumb question, though. Do your recipes all call for table or kosher salt, or would it be specified in the ingredients?

This was quick easy and delicious! I used 4 sausage links bc that’s what I had…sliced them in 1/2 rounds. Added more minced garlic, some Italian seasoning. Will make again.
