What a fantastic time-saving upgrade on this dish, plus flavor improvements!! Combining corn with potatoes equals a “complete protein” with all nine essential amino acids; so, it turns into a main meal😃 You can’t beat that for a 15-minute meal.

Having never heard of this, buying and guessing on how to cook it. Pan fried in butter with onion and garlic, seasoned with s & p and a few other herbs, it was a hit!
