A simple breakfast recipe that makes for a delicious weekend breakfast, a tempting midday snack, or an impressive brunch dessert display.

Yogurt Parfaits layered with plain Greek yogurt, blueberry sauce and granola.

Refreshing Blueberry Yogurt Parfaits

These simple yogurt parfaits are the perfect way to start any day. They are fresh and fruity, sweet and tangy, and you'll love the hints of spice in the granola.

And who can resist all that pretty layering?

There's a nice blend of textural contrast in them between the juicy sauce and blueberries, the thick and creamy yogurt, and the crisp granola. It's a highlight of a parfait.

Try them soon while sweet summer blueberries are in season!

Acai Bowl Recipe https://www.cookingclassy.com/acai-bowl/ https://www.cookingclassy.com/acai-bowl/#comments Sun, 26 May 2019 22:16:05 +0000 https://www.cookingclassy.com/?p=43284 ThisĀ Acai Bowl is the best smoothie bowl! It's made with Brazilian Acai puree (pronounced ah-sigh-ee), frozen bananas and blueberries, and sweet juice. Then they're finished with fresh fruit, granola, and honey as desired. One of my all-time favorite foods!

Homemade Acai Bowl Recipe

These acai berry bowls are one of the ultimate ice cold, refreshing treats on a hot day! They count as both a superfood-packed breakfast or a healthy dessert, and they're incredibly filling.

I was first introduced to these on a trip to Hawaii, and I've been hooked ever since. Now I try to make at least one a week for my family.

Believe it or not, you'll pay upward of $12 - $15 for one bowl, so making them at home is a cheaper alternative, and they taste equally as good!

And it's such a straightforward, fool-proof recipe. The blender or food processor does most of the work.
