Excellent recipe! I halved the recipe and I should have made a full one! I didn’t add tomatoes or onion because they’re not favorites for one or more of us. Regardless, the rest of the recipe was made to a T and it was amazing! The dressing is fantastic and it was very filling. Perfect for a steamy summer night!

I made this for dinner, we loved it! The only thing I changed was fresh basil, snipped into thin ribbons. It was refreshing and not heavy, perfect salad! Thank you Jaclyn for another great recipe 😊

Perfect summer dinner!!! My husband and I both loved it! I made it as written except I substituted romaine for the arugula and I added a tsp of maple syrup to the dressing. Thanks for another great recipe!!!
