I use a cookie scoop for meatballs and bake them in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Huge time saver and I make double batches and freeze them.

I’d probably start with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper then add more to taste. Every broth/ sausage is a bit different with amount of added salt.

Delicious as always Jaclyn! My husband is allergic to carrots, so I used a yellow bell pepper I had. Tastes great! My husband took a picture of the meatballs and posted the picture on one of the streamers he’s follows and I said, make sure you give Jaclyn at ‘Cooking Classy’ the credit!
